The Platform is owned by SR MEDIA, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at 001 Sai Green City First Cross, Kamadenu Temple, Bangalore, India (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform Owner’, 'we', 'us', 'our').

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If you transact on the Platform, you shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction. By mere use of the Platform, you shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute your binding obligations, with Platform Owner.

8. You agree and acknowledge that website and the Services may contain links to other third party websites. On accessing these links, you will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policy and such other policies of such third party websites.
9. You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for the Services.
10. You shall indemnify and hold harmless Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use, privacy Policy and other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.
11. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
12. These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
13. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

By visiting this Platform, providing your information or availing any product/service offered on the Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and the applicable service/product terms and conditions, and agree to be governed by the laws of India including but not limited to the laws applicable to data protection and privacy.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers/merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery.
2. SR MEDIA does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, the refund/replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
3. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of products.
4. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product.
5. In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
6. In case of any refunds approved by SR MEDIA, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.

Return Policy

We offer refund/exchange within first 2 days from the date of your purchase. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind. In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange, (i) the purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it, (ii) the item must have original packaging, (iii) if the item that you purchased on a sale, then the item may not be eligible for a return/exchange.
